What is Conscious Discipline?

Conscious Discipline was developed by Dr. Becky Bailey of Loving Guidance, Inc., it is an emotional intelligence curriculum and classroom management program that is based on brain research, child development information and effective practices for working with and educating children. I took this program and I am working really hard to make this effective at my childcare. I would recommend this program to anyone that works with children.

Charlotte's Web Child Care

My goal in working with the children is to give them love, a safe place, and let each of them know that they are special. I also want to make the child care as much like home as possible. I love the children and I am working to get my associates degree in Early Childhood so that I can have a 5 Star facility and provide quality care for the children.
